Mountain biking in Les Carroz and Le Grand Massif

Les Carroz packs a punch for riding as a quiet paradise found alongside the busy trail network of the neighbouring Portes du Soleil - Les Gets, Chatel and Morzine, with a fraction of the price for lift access.

You'll find a mixture of natural and bike park trails in Les Carroz and the wider lift-accessible Grand Massif trail network. From the Les Carroz telecabine and bike park, a 15-minute traverse lets you drop into the Morillon & Samoens trails with direct lift access back to Les Carroz.

Les Carroz has hosted the French downhill champs, Morillon and Samoens have hosted the world championship enduro series.

Les Carroz telecabine is open every day from the end of June to second week of September – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

There are endless opportunities for longer adventure day rides following the tree lines of the valleys through a network of hamlets, villages and refuges. A short drive down the Chamonix valley gives you access to Les Houches, amongst other hidden gems. You can also drive across to Les Gets in 35 minutes.
